In Summary,

Happy New Year!!

This is how we celebrated New Year’s Eve, at a tacky sweater party! As you can see, we take tacky very seriously!

So, the people at wordpress send bloggers a summary about the blog. I have been thinking about a summary of the last year and about goals for the new year. I feel like we’ve met the biggest goal of starting to travel, it took so much preparation to get out on the road, and I’m so glad that we did! Other goals we’ve accomplished: snowboarding, spending my 30th birthday with my best girlfriends, attending my best friend’s wedding, and finding a life outside of work! I don’t really like the thought of actual resolutions, because to me they have a negative connotation, like giving something up or making sacrifices. Making yearly goals sounds much more forgiving to me or maybe I like goals because I’m an OT and that’s what we do. So, 2011 goals: floss DAILY, get back into running & run 5Ks in every new city, and start financial planning for the future. I don’t like having too many goals, because then I’ll never be able to remember if I’ve met them!
